1. Online Birth Registration Certificate containing 17-digit Birth Registration Number (BRN)
2. Hong Kong Birth Registration Certificate (if born in Hong Kong);
3. Copies of the applicant’s existing Bangladesh Passport database page (valid or expired) along with the original passport itself;
4. Parent’s passport database copy and marriage certificate copy (if necessary);
5. Copy of student ID card/student book where mentioned in applicant’s name
6. 03 (three) copies of passport-size white background photo (35 x 45 mm) of the applicant where 01 copy must be affixed with the MRP application form and another 02 fresh copy submission for the MRP purpose.
7. Applicants under 6 years old need to submit a 3R size photograph.
8. The applicant’s parent’s passport-size white background photo (35 x 45mm) is required to be appended on the application form. In certain cases, either of the parent’s photos would be accepted;

11. Applicable payment for MRP fees;
